Susan introduced me to Marwood, an amazing coffee shop in the south lanes. I'm not sure how they manage it but despite all the paraphernalia it has a lovely calm atmosphere and crucially THE best coffee I have had in a while. 

this should get us through the summer.

I got given this amazing box of old school sweets as a going home present after a shoot at the Swizzels Matlow factory. My kids love me very much.
