Birds and Birthdays

I took both these pictures yesterday and had to post them before it got to midnight. 

Because 1) today is Nick's Birthday and 2) he is a keen bird enthusiast (I think that is the polite terminology). 

Not sure what he was thinking about. Perhaps contemplating his birthday to come as he chills towards the end of a kids party.

Yesterday I became their thousandth follower on Twitter and they have been super kind giving me mentions.
